Promotion eligibility
Eligibility determines whether an account can participate in a
particular GTR99 promotion. Some offers may be available only to
new accounts, selected users, specific payment methods or users
who meet a qualifying transaction requirement.
Before participating, check whether the promotion is available
for your account and whether registration or an opt-in action is
required. A promotion shown publicly may not automatically be
active for every account.
Check the following:
- Account eligibility
- New or existing user requirement
- Minimum qualifying transaction
- Eligible payment methods
- Promotion start and end dates
- Whether an offer code or claim button is required

Different promotion types operate in different ways. The name of
an offer does not explain every condition, so users should review
its complete terms before participating.

Understanding free credit
Free credit normally refers to promotional value added to an
eligible account under a particular offer. It should not be
understood as cash that can always be withdrawn immediately.
A free-credit promotion may include an account eligibility check,
a claim period, eligible-game restrictions, turnover requirements
or a maximum withdrawal condition. Unused promotional credit may
also expire after the stated validity period.

Turnover requirements
Turnover is the amount of eligible activity that may need to be
completed before promotional credit or related winnings can
qualify for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier should be
shown in the terms of the selected promotion.
General example
Applicable amount × turnover multiplier =

For example, if a hypothetical promotion applies a 5-times
turnover requirement to RM20 of promotional credit, the required
turnover would be RM100. This is only an explanation of the
calculation and is not a statement of the actual conditions of
any GTR99 promotion.
Some promotions calculate turnover using only the bonus amount,
while others may use the deposit and bonus together. Always check
which amount is included in the calculation.

Eligible games and contribution
Not every game or product may contribute equally toward a
promotion requirement. Some categories may contribute fully,
partially or not at all. Specific games may also be excluded.
Before starting, confirm which game categories are included and
whether a different contribution rate applies. Activity on an
excluded game may not count toward the required turnover.
Fully eligible
Eligible activity may count at the full rate specified in
the promotion terms.
Partially eligible
Only part of the activity may count toward the turnover
requirement.
Excluded
Activity may not contribute and could affect promotion
eligibility.

Promotion and credit validity
A promotion may be available only during a stated campaign
period. After a promotion has been claimed, its credit or
turnover requirement may also have a separate completion
deadline.
Check both the claim deadline and the completion deadline.
Promotional credit or associated value may expire if the
applicable requirements are not completed within the stated
period.

Withdrawal conditions
A withdrawal request may be subject to completion of applicable
turnover, account verification, payment-channel requirements and
any maximum withdrawal condition stated in the promotion terms.
Requesting a withdrawal before completing the relevant conditions
may result in the promotional credit being removed or the request
requiring additional review. The actual outcome depends on the
terms attached to that promotion.
Before requesting a withdrawal:
- Confirm that required turnover is complete
- Check whether account verification is required
- Review the minimum and maximum withdrawal conditions
- Confirm the registered payment information
- Check whether promotional credit remains active

Fair participation and account use
Promotions are normally intended for genuine individual account
use. Duplicate accounts, false information, coordinated activity,
payment misuse or attempts to manipulate a promotion may result
in additional review.
Users should maintain accurate account information and participate
according to the published conditions. A user should not assume
that creating another account makes them eligible for the same
new-account promotion again.
